The Clock Watcher

Inspired by our own issues with staff time sheets, we developed a system that we call The Clock Watcher.

The Clock Watcher is web based package that easily integrates into any combination of products in our business management range or can be run as a stand alone application.

Using a simple select, enter password & click method staff members clock on and clock off everyday, the system automatically records their working hours and times and accrues leave accordingly. Normal work hours can be set for each staff member for each day of the week and any work done inside or outside these times is automatically calculated for time-in-lieu or overtime tracking.

Department managers and/or supervisors have the ability to review times for all of their staff and make adjustments where necessary. Annual leave and public holidays may be entered also to automatically maintain correct leave accrual and payable work hours. For payroll purposes a CSV export option is available and reports for erroneous logins, weekly time sheets, time amendments and leave accrual are provided.

Note: This package works well in conjunction with our Staff Board System.
