contact database that integrates seamlessly with MS Outlook 2000 or
higher, to provide a contact list that is available and maintainable
by staff members, company wide.

Contacts utilises a user accessible centralised database that can be
stored anywhere within your network. The application can
alternatively be configured to use a wide variety of data sources
from a simple text file to an SQL Database.
If used in
conjunction with our business management software, it can be
configured to provide an additional staff contacts listing.
This package
greatly reduces the time taken to find contact details that someone
else may have, and is a low cost alternative to more expensive
centralised contact systems like MS Exchange etc. |
