Like other RSP products the Task
Management System utilises a colour keyed, web based interface,
eliminating the need to purchase client licences for each PC. Using
this method we have created a product that is quick and easy to
implement and enhance should you decide to add further
functionality.
Each task in the system can be
centrally reviewed for task traceability, history and progress
monitoring. Staff can quickly and easily organise their tasks with
user definable grouping and sorting, or find specific tasks with
inbuilt search options.
An email
notification system informs staff when expected completion dates are
nearing or overdue thereby eliminating the need for manual
reminders.
The Task
Management System easily integrates with other RSP products like our
Document Management System, Staff Board, and Training Management
System and can be customised to suit your individual requirements.
