The Training
Management System allows you to set training requirements at either
enterprise, site, department or position levels, making training and
induction program setup easy and accurate, ensuring all personnel
receive all appropriate training for their exact position and
location.

of staff competencies and levels becomes a cinch, either through
matrix style reporting tables or individual staff reports you can
easily identify who requires training, or find the best trained
